Protest Trump’s State Visit! – Earth Strike Climate Block

President Donald Trump, a climate change denier, is visiting the UK for a state visit in early June.
Since he came to power the USA has pulled out of the Paris climate agreements, torn up environmental protections, trampled indigenous rights and promoted the fossil fuel industry.

The destruction to our planet caused by these policies is unacceptable and threatens the health, freedom and wellbeing of future generations around the world.

We are appalled by the news that Trump will be invited to the UK for a state visit. He must not receive a warm welcome. It is our responsibility to highlight the impact of his reactionary politics on the planet, and so Earth Strike UK is calling for a ‘climate block’ of environmental activists to take part in protests against his visit.
